Know when you're listed. Know when you're not.
Listed Index checks the retailer sites carrying your parts, every day, and shows you the moment a SKU goes live or is removed.
This is what following a brand actually looks like. See the retailers we track.
What "live" actually means
Checked daily
A SKU counts as live on a given day if it was listed on or before that day and is still listed on it. "Live" is never more than a day stale.
Human-verified brands
Retailers spell brand names differently. We never auto-merge them — you decide which observed strings, like "Dorman" and "Dorman OE Fix," belong together.
What this isn't
Website presence is not store-shelf or program-file truth. We track what's listed online — not price, inventory levels, or planogram compliance.
Three things you'll see
Still listed as of yesterday's check — first seen on or before, last seen on or after.
Appeared for the first time yesterday, on at least one tracked retailer site.
Was listed the day before, and isn't any longer on any tracked site.
Currently tracked
The roster grows over time — an inactive retailer is excluded from tracking, not deleted.
On the board
- Per-retailer breakdown
- See how many of your followed brand's SKUs are live at each retailer, not just a total count.
- 30-day trend
- Live SKU counts per retailer over the last 30 days, so a slow bleed doesn't hide inside a single day's snapshot.
- SKU-by-SKU matrix
- Every SKU you follow, every tracked retailer, one grid — live or not, for any day you pick.
- CSV / XLSX export
- Pull a day's matrix into a spreadsheet for a distribution report, no manual copy-paste.
